As soon as he took over the family business, Laurent de Besombes isolated the best tenements, 50 hectares in all, and named them Domaine Singla.
\nHe replaced weedkillers, chemical fertilizers and other synthetic products with natural materials such as horsetail, comfrey, lime, sulfur, nettle, fennel… he brought the soil back to life, working to the rhythm of the seasons.
